🗓️ Schedule

More details coming soon! For now, here’s an overview of the weekend:

✍️ RSVP

✈️ Flights

There are two airports you can fly into: El Eden International Airport in Armenia (AXM) or Matecana International Airport in Pereira (PEI). Armenia is closer, but Pereira is a bigger airport and may have more options. It’s a 1 to 1.5 hour drive to the wedding location from Pereira.

🏨 Hotels

We recommend booking a room at Hotel Las Camelias. To book your room with our group code, please follow these steps:

  1. Click here for the booking page.
  2. Click “Tengo un código” and enter 22279 under “Código de grupo.”
  3. When selecting your room, choose one of the BD-DESAYUNO options for the best rate.
  4. Complete the payment.
  5. After booking, send an email to [email protected] to confirm your reservation.

Reach out to us if you have any questions or need assistance, and we recommend checking in with us if you are considering alternate locations.

🚕 Rides

We’ve got you covered for the big day! Shuttles will run between our recommended hotels, the ceremony, and the reception, so no need to worry about transportation then.

If you’re exploring on your own, Uber is available, but it can be slow — plan accordingly. The hotels can also call a taxi for you, just keep in mind you’ll have to pay in cash.

If you’d like more flexibility, a local recommendation is Winner Rent a Car which can be booked via WhatsApp at +57 3113010406. An SUV is suggested due to rough roads.

Soon we will also add contact information for local drivers so you have another option.

💰 Registry

We are truly honored that you would celebrate this special moment with us. Your presence at our wedding is all the gift we could ever ask for!

If, however, you insist on giving, we have a couple of options:

Since our wedding is in a remote location, transporting physical gifts can be tricky—and any surprise items might end up as long-term guests with family in Colombia. Of course, if an envelope makes its way into our luggage, we promise it’ll be put to good use!

⛰️ Things to do

Colombia’s coffee region is full of beautiful nature and adventures! Here are some highlights if you want to explore the region while you’re there:

🤨 Q + A

When is the RSVP deadline?
As soon as possible! We’d love to have as many people as we can, and knowing ahead of time helps us plan. If you’re pretty sure you’re coming, let us know—it makes things easier for us!
My passport expires soon, do I need to renew it before May?
Yes! Colombia requires your passport is valid for at least 6 months after you enter Colombia. So please check your passport expiration dates now and renew if needed.
Can I bring a date?
Please reach out to us directly if you want to bring someone who's not listed on the invite.
Can we bring our children to the wedding?
We recommend leaving the kids at home and enjoying a kids-free time abroad. However, if the choice is either not coming or bringing the kids, please reach out to us and we’ll help figure out arrangements.
What about a wedding gift?
The best gift will be for you to share this special celebration with us.
What should I wear?
We suggest men wear a suit and women wear a gown or cocktail dress. Dress to impress, have fun with it, make it fashion. Obviously, don't wear white. Gentlemen, skip the jacket only if you’re certain your outfit says ‘style icon’ and not ‘forgot something.’

Please note there will be some grassy areas so, ladies, if you are wearing heels we recommend wedges or a block heel.

What will the weather be like?
The weather is Armenia is warm during the day (around mid-70s) and cools down a bit (to around mid-60s) when the sun goes down.
